ETF

ETF stands for Exchange-Traded Fund. In human resources and finance, an ETF is an investment fund that is traded on stock exchanges, similar to individual stocks. It holds a collection of assets, such as stocks, bonds, or commodities, and its shares can be bought and sold throughout the trading day at market prices. ETFs are often used to provide investors with diversification and to track specific indices or sectors. In HR contexts, they may be relevant when discussing employee benefits, retirement plans, or investment options available to employees.
